Postage rates may vary for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the rest of the European Union. We strive to post all our items out within 24 hours of receiving payment (not including weekends and public holidays). All items are sent by Royal Mail or Interlink services, depending on size and weight. Delivery time depends on the service chosen at checkout.  Please note, Royal Mail does not class items lost until 14 days have passed.

Return Policy

Recorded mail or other traceable means are required for returned items in order for refunds to be processed. Should the parcel become lost, we cannot refund or replace an item without a proof of postage.
Please email in advance stating your reason for return, name, address and package tracking number so your return can be processed accordingly.
Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund if the item is in unused, saleable, original condition & packaging. Unwanted items must be sent by traceable means at the buyers cost to Evermat, Alwyn Park, Over Road, Willingham, Cambridge, CB24 5EU.
We will arrange pickup for heavier items or faulty goods.
Please note EVA foam and foam mats, gym Mats and garage mats may only be returned if still in their original packaging for reasons of hygiene.
Goods that develop a manufacturer fault within 30 days of receipt will be collected by us at no cost to the buyer and then refunded, repaired or replaced subject to our inspection.
Should a product develop a manufacturer fault outside of the 30 day guarantee, you will be offered a repair, like for like replacement or partial refund depending on the age of the item.
Any postage costs incurred by the buyer outside of the 30 day guarantee will not be refunded, however we will cover any costs we ourselves incur in sending out replacements.
We do not take responsibility for damage whilst in transit or by misuse or mistreatment of the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by phone on 01954 261017 or by emailing, if they have not yet been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately as items are usually shipped the same or following day.
